Recent orders
Latest 100 orders, most recent first — use this to see who to ship to. Delivery address is shown for paid orders. "Export to Xero" downloads a CSV of any paid orders not already exported, ready for Xero's Sales → Invoices → Import.

Stock sheet and pricing settings
This is the exact link the site pulls live stock and pricing from. Paste a new one here any time it changes — no redeploy needed.
New / pre-order stock sheet link
These new devices come from one spreadsheet — paste its "Publish to web" CSV link below. The price column in that sheet is the final retail price already (margin included), so it's used as-is with no markup added on top. This stock has a 2-3 week lead time and already includes a 1-year manufacturer warranty, so it doesn't offer the paid RTB warranty upgrade.
Email notifications
Sends low-stock alerts and new-paid-order alerts via Resend. Requires a one-time setup of a RESEND_API_KEY secret (and a verified sending domain in your Resend account) — see the README's "About email notifications" section. Until that's done, orders and stock still work fine — you just won't get emails.
Poster settings
Controls the text on the printable A4 poster — click "Poster (PDF)" next to any school above (once it has a code) to generate one. Posters never mention specific devices or prices, since the sheet-driven catalog can change — just a general blurb, the school's QR code/access code, and contact details, so they stay valid however the catalog changes.
